Know what the membership includes
Passes explains that messaging access depends on the creator’s settings and the fan’s eligibility. Some memberships include free messages; other messages may carry a displayed charge or tip requirement. A disabled conversation can be an entitlement issue.
Create a short support reference for each membership: included benefits, how access is checked and where a billing question is escalated. An operator should explain the relevant benefit clearly before suggesting an additional purchase. Never imply that paying again fixes an unresolved access problem.
| Fan question | First check |
|---|---|
| Why can’t I send a DM? | Account eligibility and creator messaging settings |
| Is this reply included? | The membership or message allowance the fan purchased |
| Can I send media? | The creator’s media-message setting for the conversation |
| Where is my benefit? | The original membership description and delivery owner |
Build a non-explicit conversation plan
Passes’ Community and Content Guidelines prohibit explicit adult content, nudity and pornography. The same review should cover the message, its attachment and the promise made before a purchase.
A useful plan can cover member Q&As, behind-the-scenes updates, event reminders and creator-approved content drops. Prepare clear responses to requests outside the creator’s offering. Keep conversation topics aligned with the public membership promise so the team does not create a second, incompatible offer in DMs.
Set message and offer boundariesConfirm the permitted team access first
Passes has a talent-manager offering, but its public guidelines also prohibit sharing an account. Those facts do not establish permission for a particular shared-login setup. Confirm the authorized management route with Passes before a third party accesses the inbox.
Until access is confirmed, scope work around planning, creator-approved response drafts and review that the creator can operate. A proposal should state who sends messages and which functions the team can use. Do not send account passwords in an inquiry.
Review the access questionsMeasure fulfilled promises as well as paid messages
We recommend separating membership-support requests, paid-message work and content delivery in the shift report. That makes it possible to spot a growing support backlog even when sales appear healthy.
For a Passes inquiry, include your public profile, membership structure, coverage needs and whether an approved management arrangement already exists. Bambi’s fee and operating scope are discussed individually; this page does not claim a Passes partnership or guaranteed revenue.

Can a Passes chatting agency use an OnlyFans content plan?
Do not reuse it without a full review. Passes has its own content restrictions and membership expectations, so offers, attachments and reply guidance need a separate plan.
Does every Passes message cost the fan money?
No. Check the creator’s settings and the fan’s applicable membership or allowance. Explain the displayed cost before the fan makes a purchase.
Can I give a chatter my Passes password?
Do not treat password sharing as an approved management method. Confirm the permitted team-access arrangement with Passes before handing over account access.
