Good chat work starts with good judgement.

What the shift involves

Read the handover before opening the queue. Check approved content, pending requests and any threads reserved for the creator. Reply in the agreed voice, record meaningful context and ask for help when a request exceeds your authority.

You may coordinate approved paid content offers, but pressure, invented personal promises and ignoring a fan’s refusal are not acceptable substitutes for communication. Expect exposure to adult material; only adults should pursue this work.

Skills to demonstrate

A useful practice exercise uses fictional conversations. Do not send an employer private transcripts from another creator’s account or account credentials as proof of experience.

• Clear written English or the language specified in a real vacancy.
• Ability to follow a persona guide without inventing facts.
• Reliable shift attendance, secure equipment and private working space.
• Careful handling of private information and content permissions.
• Willingness to escalate uncertainty and accept conversation feedback.

Ask about pay before accepting work

No verified Bambi chatter pay band has been supplied for this site. Pay may be structured as salary, hourly compensation, commission or a combination, but these are model descriptions, not claims about an available role.

Ask about currency, employment or contractor status, paid training, shift length, payout schedule, commission attribution and deductions. Get the offer and work expectations in writing. Never pay a recruiter to unlock a job.

Use the official application route

Current vacancies and applications belong on the parent Bambi careers page. Creator applications on this subdomain are for service inquiries and should not be used for job applications.

This page intentionally has no JobPosting structured data: no specific opening with verified salary, location and dates is being published here.
