CLEAR SCOPE. CLEAR NUMBERS.

The right quote starts with your inbox.

OnlyFans chat-management pricing can use a share of chat revenue, a fixed monthly fee or staffing-based charges. Bambi quotes chat-only work after reviewing coverage and inbox volume; a verified public chat-only rate is not available. Ask for the fee base, included work, refund treatment and cancellation terms in writing before deciding.

What changes the price?

Coverage hours, concurrent message volume, languages, number of accounts and the supervision required all affect scope. A quiet overnight queue and a major campaign launch are different staffing problems.

The parent agency advertises $0 upfront and month-to-month contracts. Its full-management percentages are not verified chat-only prices and are not reproduced here as an offer. Confirm your own quote and notice period.

Write the calculation before you sign

For a revenue-share quote, define an eligible revenue ledger. Decide whether platform fees, refunds and chargebacks are removed before the agency percentage is applied. Separate subscription revenue, paid messages, tips and custom orders.

Illustrative arithmetic only: if eligible net chat revenue were $1,000 and an agreed rate were 20%, the fee would be $200. Neither figure is a Bambi quote, client result or market benchmark. The purpose is to make the calculation testable.

What should your proposal include?

No lock-in should not mean unclear cancellation. Ask how much notice is required, when the final shift ends and how pending fan requests will be handed back.

  • Coverage schedule, account count, languages and backup arrangements.
  • Voice-guide preparation, supervision and weekly reporting.
  • The response-time target, measurement method and exclusions.
  • The exact fee calculation, payment timing and treatment of refunds.
  • Notice period, any minimums and the offboarding responsibilities.
