Agree the access method first
For Fansly, use the platform’s Management Sessions and review the permissions with the account owner. Fansly’s guidance says sensitive actions remain restricted and sessions can be revoked. Its existence does not remove the creator’s responsibility for account activity.
OnlyFans’ current terms acknowledge assistance with operating a creator account while retaining the creator’s legal responsibility. This is not a certification of a particular CRM, proxy or login-sharing workflow. Obtain platform clarification where a proposed method is unclear.

An NDA is a confidentiality agreement, not a security control or a guarantee that a breach is impossible. Ask which controls apply to your account and who is accountable when something goes wrong.
- The creator keeps the recovery email, 2FA setup and payout control.
- Record authorized operators and devices; remove stale access promptly.
- Use consistent, authorized access patterns. Never promise that a proxy prevents platform enforcement.
- Do not send passwords, recovery codes, government IDs or payment details in website forms.
- Escalate unfamiliar logins and follow the platform’s account-recovery process.
Keep fan data where it belongs
Operational notes should capture preferences needed for service, purchase references and pending requests. They should not become a separate dossier of sensitive personal details. Limit exports and define who can access them.
Before work begins, agree permitted tools, storage locations, access review, retention and deletion. Do not paste private conversations into an unapproved AI tool. No independent security certification or fixed deletion SLA is claimed on this site.

Revoke management sessions and tool permissions, review active devices, rotate any shared secrets and confirm that recovery methods still belong to the creator. Transfer outstanding requests with enough context to fulfill promises.
Request written confirmation of data return or deletion, subject to the retention obligations specified in your contract. Close the final reporting period and reconcile refunds and fees before removing access to the reporting record.
