Separate membership, message and content purchases
Fanfix’s Creator Terms distinguish memberships, direct messaging and locked content. A fan buying one should not be led to assume it automatically includes the others. Its terms also describe agents assisting creators while preserving the creator’s responsibility.
Turn that distinction into a practical offer sheet. Record what a purchase includes, the approved wording used to describe it and who fulfills it. Before suggesting an extra, check the fan’s existing purchase so the same benefit is not sold twice.
| Purchase | Operator check |
|---|---|
| Membership | Which recurring benefits and content are included |
| Paid message | What interaction is being offered and who will handle it |
| Locked content | The exact attachment, approved fee and purchase history |
| Support request | Whether the question needs creator or platform support |
Plan broadcasts around the replies they create
Fanfix’s FAQ documents scheduled messages, free or paid mass messages, and subscriber lists with exclusions. It describes the platform as safe-for-work. Those tools still need a content review and enough reply coverage for the audience selected.
Prepare a campaign brief before scheduling: audience, offer, exclusions, send time and response owner. Pause overlapping sends when the inbox needs attention. Review unsubscribes, purchase problems and unanswered questions instead of judging a broadcast solely by gross receipts.
Review campaigns and conversationsUse a Fanfix-specific voice and offer guide
Fanfix’s general terms address agencies and account responsibility; its Creator Terms also restrict using the account to promote competing platforms. Read those provisions before writing cross-platform invitations or onboarding a management tool.
Give operators examples of the creator’s ordinary language, approved topics and ways to decline requests. A voice guide should protect the creator’s identity without promising that every message was typed personally by them. Mark anything needing the creator’s own answer rather than improvising it.
Define access and accountabilityDiscuss a clear Fanfix scope
Bring your membership structure, current message workload, campaign cadence and approved account setup. The proposal should name coverage windows, escalation contacts, review frequency and the fee basis.
Report paid-message activity separately from membership and locked-content sales. Record refunds and delivery issues alongside the relevant offer. We do not publish invented Fanfix results or a universal chat-only percentage.
Discuss Fanfix chat managementQuestions & answers
Do Fanfix’s terms acknowledge agencies?
Yes. The reviewed General and Creator Terms describe agents assisting or operating creator accounts. The creator retains responsibility, and the specific access and content rules still apply.
Can Fanfix chatters send paid mass messages?
Fanfix documents paid mass messaging. Agree the audience, exclusions, offer and reply coverage before using it, and review the current controls in your account.
Should Fanfix and OnlyFans use the same message library?
Keep separate approved libraries. Fanfix’s content positioning, purchase types and cross-platform promotion rules need their own review rather than an unchanged imported campaign.
