Separate followers, members and previous buyers
My.Club documents mass-message audiences that include paid members, followers, paying non-members and custom lists. It supports free or paid sends and provides information about sent campaigns.
Give each audience a reason to receive the message. A paying member may already have access to an asset that a follower has not bought. Before scheduling a campaign, record the content entitlement and review exclusions using the actual tools available in the account.
| Audience | Planning question |
|---|---|
| Paid members | Is this included in the membership or a clearly described extra? |
| Followers | What context do they need before considering the offer? |
| Paying non-members | What have they already purchased? |
| Custom list | How was the list defined and when was it reviewed? |
Understand the studio arrangement before joining
My.Club’s Studio guide says creator earnings are paid into the studio balance. Its onboarding documentation describes how an existing creator requests to join a studio. This is more than a way to organize a chat roster.
Agree payout timing, fee calculations, access rights and what happens on exit before the creator joins. A chat-only proposal should state whether studio membership is required at all. Do not activate an arrangement the creator does not understand.
Review the fee and payout questionsKeep human replies and other tools coordinated
During onboarding, list the messages already being sent by the creator, scheduled campaigns or other tools. Assign ownership so the next reply does not contradict a previous offer or repeat a declined request.
Use an open-work list containing the minimum context needed for the next shift: offer reference, purchase status, creator approval and the next action. Keep personal fan data inside approved systems. The human scope should say which other messaging features remain active.
