Assign a creator and a role to each operator
FanCentro’s Creator and Agency Terms, updated 16 September 2026, include authorized agencies and their representatives in the account-access provisions. Confirm the current agency setup and available permissions before assigning an operator.
Start with the operator’s task list rather than giving every team member the same access. Test which creators appear in the sidebar and which actions are available. An operator changing teams should have their old assignment reviewed at the same time.
Review per-creator permissionsDo not hide payout changes inside onboarding
Account access does not settle the commercial agreement. Ask who receives platform payouts, how the agency fee is calculated and which person can resolve a missing payment. Confirm those details against the current account setup before onboarding.
Before attaching an account, document who receives funds, how the creator is paid, the fee basis and the exit process. A chat-only proposal should make any effect on payout routing explicit. Have the creator approve the arrangement before it is activated.
Define the commercial scopeCheck every attachment in a paid message
FanCentro’s current chat guide says a paid message can combine images and videos, with one unlock giving access to all attached media. Check the whole bundle against the offer description before sending, including any item added from the vault.
The current general terms describe creator or authorized agency replies and prohibit automated systems, AI and bots for those communications. Our proposed coverage uses human replies. Keep purchase questions visible until resolved, even when another shift takes over.
| Control | Practical check |
|---|---|
| Creator assignment | Only the intended accounts are visible |
| Role permissions | The operator can perform the agreed tasks |
| Campaign approval | Content and price match the creator’s sign-off |
| Shift handover | Open purchases and support issues have an owner |
Set up coverage around your agency structure
For one account or an agency roster, share your existing FanCentro setup, language needs and shift gaps. We will discuss the permission model and the work to be covered before offering a launch plan.
Measure backlog, reviewed conversations, offer mistakes and attributed net sales by creator. Keep agency-wide staffing figures separate from a creator’s commercial results.

Is joining a FanCentro agency only an access change?
It can also affect payment arrangements. Review the payout route, commission and exit terms before connecting a creator account to an agency.
