CAMPAIGNS & CADENCE

A mass message is the start of a queue.

A useful mass-message strategy targets a relevant group, excludes previous buyers and leaves enough operator capacity for replies. Choose the purpose before the cadence: welcome, content update, approved offer or re-engagement. Measure delivered messages, responses, purchases and negative feedback together; sending more often is not evidence of a better campaign.

Segment by a reason to receive the message

New fans may need orientation. Active fans may want a content update. Lapsed fans may welcome a low-pressure reminder, while previous buyers should be excluded from an offer presented as new.

Write one objective for the send and check that the recipient group matches it. Do not treat every subscriber as ready for the same paid offer.

GroupPossible purposeExclusion to check
NewExplain what is availablePeople who already received the welcome
ActiveShare a relevant content releaseExisting buyers of the same item
LapsedOffer a clear, low-pressure updatePeople who asked for no further contact
High-spendingRelevant approved contentUnfulfilled requests or declined offers

Set cadence around capacity

There is no verified universal number of daily sends. Start with a schedule the team can support, then check response volume, backlog and complaints. A broadcast that overwhelms the next shift can make the inbox experience worse.

Use a campaign calendar so overlapping promotions do not reach the same fan from two operators. Record timezone, group, content reference and the next action when replies arrive.

Respect platform differences

Fansly’s official mass-message guide describes audience selection, scheduling and campaign statistics. Its automated-message guide separately describes triggers and cooldowns. Those features should not be treated as a specification for OnlyFans.

For each platform, review the available controls and current restrictions before using a new campaign tool. Do not bypass platform rate limits or consent controls to increase volume.

Close the loop after sending

Review purchases and net revenue per delivered recipient, but also inspect replies and unresolved questions. Track repeat-offer mistakes and negative feedback as operational defects.

The shift handover should say what was sent, to whom and what reply pattern to expect. A campaign is only complete when the follow-up work has an owner.
