Map the subscription and the extras
Unlockd’s official About page lists subscriptions, tipping, pay-per-view messaging and customized content among its features. A useful chat scope starts by identifying which of those are active in your account.
Create an offer sheet that separates included content from optional purchases. Name the asset or service precisely, keep prices within the creator’s approved range and check previous purchases before repeating an offer. A tip should not silently become a commitment to produce something new.

Make custom requests a creator decision
Ask operators to clarify the requested format and pass it to the creator when approval is needed. Do not use an estimated delivery date as a sales tactic before production is confirmed.
After approval, retain the offer description, responsible owner and next checkpoint in the handover. If the fan changes the request, reopen the approval step. The team should be able to explain the status without inventing progress or asking the fan to purchase again.

A platform-provided account manager and a creator’s hired chat team are different roles. Specify who can reply, change offers, handle support and access account settings. Keep recovery and payout decisions with the appropriate authorized owner.
